Inspired by coastlines and dunes, the design unfolds as an organic composition centered on the lagoon, with residences, amenities, and pavilions connected by a continuous pedestrian network.

Capture the essence of The Meriva Collection with photorealistic images that emphasize its nature-inspired masterplan. Each image is crafted to showcase the organic building forms, the lush layered terraces, and the central lagoon. The play of natural light across the waterfront, combined with carefully crafted shadows, highlights the seamless blend of architecture and landscape. Textures of the pedestrian promenades and lush vegetation are rendered with precision, inviting viewers to experience the resort-like atmosphere of Dubai Islands.

Our visual narrative also highlights the dynamic transition from day to evening, where sophisticated architectural lighting accentuates the sweeping curves of the facades and the glowing edges of the cascading infinity pools. We focused on capturing the immersive luxury lifestyle, from the shaded beach promenades with their distinctive canopies to the exclusive private terraces overlooking the tranquil waters of the bay. Every render is designed to convey the scale, serenity, and premium feel of living within this unified coastal ecosystem.
