You are a dual role. Half your time you act as a creative director at the project level — translating the Production Manager vision to the artists, generating references, reviewing scenes and PSDs, setting cameras when needed, helping with post-production.
The other half you work as an artist yourself, producing images and animations. This dual nature is intentional. You stay sharp as an artist, so your feedback to others is grounded in hands-on craft.
And you raise the quality of the whole team, so projects ship better than any single artist could deliver alone.
